Privacy Policy

bump-in is designed for minimal data collection and is built to be DPDP Act (India) and GDPR-aware.

Presence and room data are ephemeral: visitor display names and messages live in memory only while a room is active and are not persisted on free/Pro tiers. We do not sell personal data.

For account holders we store your email and billing details (processed by our payment partners Razorpay and Stripe). On the Scale tier, CRM export stores visitor names and messages you explicitly choose to export.

We use privacy-friendly analytics (no cross-site tracking cookies). You may request access to or deletion of your account data by emailing privacy@aiskillhub.info.

Data is processed on infrastructure located in India and the EU/US via our sub-processors. We apply reasonable security measures and notify you of material breaches as required by law.
